We check the event details, the children's ages and numbers, any allergies and other points to note in advance, then prepare the right setup.
We confirm health conditions and allergies beforehand, and staff check on each child regularly during the day.
Staff manage all entry and exit, keeping children safe and preventing anyone outside the group from entering.
We keep a line of contact open with parents for emergencies, and liaise with medical services where needed.
We carry liability insurance in case of accident or injury, so you can use our service with confidence.
Qualified and experienced staff attend in numbers appropriate to the ages and size of the group.
On request we share photos of your child during the session, so you can enjoy the event with peace of mind.
We pay close attention to hygiene — disinfecting toys and equipment, and managing staff handwashing and health.
We prepare toys and picture books suited to each child's age and development, for a safe and enjoyable time.

We adapt to the size of the event and the ages of the children. For larger groups we can bring in additional staff, so please ask.
We accommodate them wherever we can. As staffing and preparation take time, the earlier you contact us the smoother it will be.
Please provide a space where children can be safe — adequate room, power and climate control. Desks and chairs are not needed, and we bring all other equipment.
Yes. We bring age-appropriate toys, picture books and nap sets. If you have any particular requests, please let us know in advance.
Pricing is based on hours plus the number of staff. We prepare a quote based on your event, its duration and the numbers involved, so please get in touch.
As a rule there is no charge if you cancel by the day before. Cancellations on the day may incur our standard cancellation fee.
